Earth Eye LLC purchased the domain and are now using it to conduct business .I wonder how much they paid for the domain? NameMedia posted that it sold for $2,300.

Erik Zilinek, or someone logged in as ezilinek logged in to NamePros Forum and saw my posts there. I imagine he has found several others. We will see what they will do. I suppose he was served?

Curtis Neeley sends Google a TM complaint and advises Google of intent to add them as conspirators creating a profit for themselves and NameMedia using the violated TM at SleepSpot.com. Go see the "parked" page they both CONSPIRE to sell ads on. Just please do not click any add and donate to Google or NameMedia..

Finally hear back from Google AdSense Trademark Complaint form. They say tough. A very arrogant move that will delight jurors. Read my reply to them and an advertiser on the Google licensed domain.

Google decided to let a jury determine the extent of PUNITIVE damages that will be required to be determined. A JURY is likely to think they got too big for their own good and Google's very arrogant move will delight jurors. I am very angry and want to punish the people who I found responsible for killing my domain with a prison term. Money will only mitigate this and help me establish a foundation for my legacy.

My domains were active for six years or more. It is recorded in the Internet Archive back a dozen years or 1997! See the time line above.
NameMedia took MY trademarked domains! My consistent legacy was destroyed by NameMedia! NameMedia kidnapped my domains and asked me for $2700 ransom for domains they licensed to Google because Network Solutions advertised them.

When I could not pay what NameMedia said it was worth, they sold it to a company that then started to use the domain to begin their business.

NameMedia cybersquatted both my domains AFTER BEING ASKED NOT TOO! death!
I am suing and asking for a ....at least THIRTY MILLION DOLLARS.



I am not wanting to look into a domain dispute tribunal like their attorney Erik Zilinek referred to using. They are very familiar with that tribe. The primary TRIBE they use for resolving disputes is simply another part of the problem.

The Supreme Court needs to finally clean up these underhanded domain name kidnappers. I filed in the Western District of Arkansas United States Court last week. A Federal Lawsuit for my peers to decide! Grrr! Not a tribe!
I demand a JURY! Read the suit as initially filed or after Google and NameMedia were added.
