Curtis J Neeley Jr has faced Google Inc in United States Court for roughly three years attempting to stop wire communications of his nude and figurenude art from being displayed to minors and Muslims
and thereby violating US Title 17 § 106A(a)(2) and § 106A(a)(3)(A).

Regardless of how hard you try you will not see a nude done by Curtis Neeley using this form. This is in contrast to clicking the search linked from below .

This search will open in a new window based on your prior Google PORN acceptance level.HERE This will return nudes regardless of the fact that Mr Neeley has sued Google Inc in Federal Court for violating the moral integrity of his original and notable art.

This personal right is called "copyrite" in the United States and was missing in US law until 1990.

This personal right has not been addressed by the Supreme Court yet. That is where this litigation is headed with absolutely no question.

This spelling of copy-right without the hyphen alludes to protecting a fundamental right and not the rite used for copying another person's art. Why do you think all radically profitable search engines are from the United States?

Mr Neeley sued NAMEMEDIA INC and Google Inc initially for cybersquatting two short domains he had used in commerce and violating his "copyrites".

Ironically, Google Inc said during a Court hearing transcribed in Docket 216 that it took an insane amount of effort to stop returning nude images when "Curtis Neeley" was searched for. These two defendants along with the FCC will result in decency finally being mandated. The "Open Internet" of PORN will cease to exist soon but is already contrary to law.
